Chad has 20+ years of experience leading at every level and across multiple functions of office organizations. He has primarily served as an Operations Manager (9+ years), a Project Manager (15+ years), and as a (“Source of Truth” Database) Knowledge Specialist (20+ years). He has found that better Organizational Project Management is key to creating better business value outcomes, but that good, better, and best knowledge cultivation and transfer is central to everything.

Chad is a servant leader who knows his way around the trenches, having led builds of 3 different knowledge bases for 3 different companies, in 3 different industries, working top to bottom and cross-functionally at all levels as a Change Champion through a few key business transformations as follows:

-Made business positions coverable, building up an accessible and transferrable clear base of knowledge, when 50% of employees were expected to retire in 5 years.

-Made business processes outsourceable, building up training programs, facilitation, and a complex cross-functional decision-tree base of knowledge, when opening a BPO (going from 0-500 employees in 1 year).

-Made a business Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) database useable for building up 100s of assemblies, 1,000s of parts, and 10,000s of pages to achieve a higher standard of excellence, make critical complicated processes flow better across production to a Contract Manufacturer, and make a Development Company scalable.

Chad brought his experience 1:1 to the world of Consulting (3+ years) working with a number of diverse teams and Companies on successful improvement projects before transforming his offering into digital programs to benefit multiple Companies at a time without any constraints or dependencies on having his direct guidance.

Chad is the Creator of a custom 3-in-1 System of Essential Program Guides (Change, Project, Knowledge Management) and 1 Strategic “Out of the Box” Scalable Business System E-Book Guide that can be tailored to specific business needs and pivotal business initiatives.
